Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 1 October 2026

You can ask CONVX TECHNOLOGY LLC ("convX") to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through Facebook Login for Business and the WhatsApp Business Platform for our products such as Estatia.

Business clients: disconnect and delete

  1. Disconnect WhatsApp from our platform: in your convX / Estatia dashboard, open Settings → WhatsApp and choose Disconnect. We immediately stop accessing your WhatsApp Business Account and delete the stored access token.
  2. Remove our app's access in Meta: in Meta Business Settings, go to Integrations → Connected apps (or Business integrations), select our app and click Remove. When you remove the app, Meta notifies us and we delete your access tokens.
  3. Request full deletion: email mohamed@convx-ai.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from your account's registered email, including your company name and WhatsApp Business Account ID or phone number.

End customers of our clients

If you messaged a business that uses our platform on WhatsApp, that business controls your conversation data. Please contact the business directly to request deletion. You can also email mohamed@convx-ai.com with your WhatsApp phone number and the business's name; we will forward your request to the business and help them carry it out.

Website visitors and enquiries

To delete details you sent through our contact form or by email, email mohamed@convx-ai.com from the same address.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify your identity or authority.
  • We delete the data from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within the following 30 days.
  • We send you a confirmation once deletion is complete, with a reference code you can quote if you have questions.
  • We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, invoices for tax purposes). These are kept securely and deleted when no longer required.

Data already held by Meta / WhatsApp is subject to Meta's own policies. You can manage it through your Meta and WhatsApp settings.
